John Pramik

Chief Technology Officer

John has 20 years of experience in healthcare technology developing solutions for all aspects of healthcare.

He began his career developing systems for Case Management, Care Management, Disease Management and Utilization Review.  The software is driven by proprietary data analytics to stratify risk and determine the best care plan for the patient; this information was pushed to personal health records and client portals.  These clinical tools were used by internal staff as well as licensed to other vendors. As CTO, he managed technical strategy, development and infrastructure.

While CTO at RxResults, moved into the pharmacy and PBM space as he fully developed a platform and technical team for evidence based formulary management. The systems and software are used a hybrid cloud approach to manage technology costs while creating an elastic network to meet variable data analysis needs.

Today, John is responsible for managing the overall technology strategy for EHNH along with product management, design and engineering. His passion for the customer and ability to focus technology projects to solve business problems in practical ways drive him to build products and services for EHNH that benefit the provider, patient and employer stakeholders.
