Derick brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance to his role at EHN. He began his career in banking at First Union National Bank, holding various positions at both the branch and corporate level. Derick also worked for Deloitte & Touche’s audit practice, managing a variety of clients including utilities, manufactures and technology companies, and served as a tax and audit manager at a Welch, Roberts & Amburn, LLP. In his most recent role, prior to joining EHN, Derick served as director of operations and finance at eGroup Holding Company LLC, a technology solutions provider with operations throughout the Southeast.
As the director of finance and accounting for EHN, Derick is responsible for the accounting operations of both the parent company and its subsidiaries.
Derick received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Citadel. He earned his master’s degree in accountancy from The University of Charleston. He is a Certified Public Accountant in both North and South Carolina and also holds a Certified Global Management Accountant designation.
